The space is hidden away, but well worth "discovering". The vibes are cozy, warm, and inviting. The space is clean and open. Prices are good for a weekday lunch or a full date night, plenty bang for your buck here. Fun cocktail list and food comes out quickly. The beef lo mein was spectacular, with a sear and plenty of juiciness. The tofu also got a thumbs up for its texture! Will be excited to return soon

We have been excited to try KDara Noodle Bar now that they have their own freestanding location. We were able to get a reservation to celebrate my significant other's birthday and were not disappointed.
Set up in the location which previously was home to Sato Ramen on Pearl Street, KDara has a great space to operate in. KDara specializes in fresh, hand made Asian noodles which can be made into stir fry or soup dishes. You can pick your own protein, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are available as well so the menu caters to different diets which is a plus when dining with a group.
We started with the cucumber salad which was fresh and spicy. I enjoy spicy cucumbers and love to add them on top of my stir fry. For mains we opted for str fried versions of the crispy egg noodles with beef and the chicken and udon. Both were delicious and flavorful. The noodles were fresh and amazing. The crispy egg noodles had a wonderful sear and still had some chew while the udon were plump, chewy and to die for. You could adjust your spice levels here and choose from a large or small portion size. We chose the large sized entrees and the amount of meat was generous but for the extra charge we didn’t feel like we got extra noodles. I’m not trying to complain but think it’s worth mentioning because you would probably want to choose the large portions for the few extra dollars.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning and trying more menu options.

We recently dined at K:Dara Noodle Bar and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. As vegans, we were delighted to find a variety of vegan-friendly options on the menu. We ordered the broccoli stir fry and the sprouted bean salad, and both dishes were fantastic. The flavors were vibrant and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous, leaving us completely satisfied. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Apologies for the picture of my wife’s half-eaten dish. This one was good too :) Overall, K:Dara Noodle Bar is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegan options and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Despite not being super well known by locals, I know several people from out of town that rave around about this restaurant and insist on going every time they visit. The food is incredible, from the core menu items to the rotating specials, especially the hand-cut noodles and lap cheong. The crispy egg noodless are very crispy, and I can't wait for the place to be re-opened

amazing food! we came for the first time and part of the beauty is in the simplicity. we both had different kinds of noodle dishes and the flavors were just extraordinary. in addition, we had the fresh rolls which were amongst the best I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. we met Jen, the owner who is committed and passionate about all of these amazing foods and the details that go with it. and yes, save a little bit of room for an awesome unique best in class custard dessert

Was in town for a conference and decided to check this place out for dinner. What a hidden gem! It's tucked away underground in a nice quiet area. They were very accommodating - didn't book a reservation and they were able to squeeze us in with no wait. Super relaxed atmosphere and the food was incredible. If you happen to go when they offer the K-Bread...get it, you won't regret it! If I ever visit Buffalo again, I will definitely be back :)

This is one of the best restaurants downtown that no one seems to know about. I've been here 4 times now and it just seems to get better every time I go. Great atmosphere and amazing food (try the dumplings). The food sometimes take a little long to come out of the kitchen, but it's definitely worth the wait!
